Is it normal for leather at the back (which I assume is bent a lot from the bag opening and closing) to get hard and cracked. I see it happening on one side of the bag (attached pictures) but the leather is still smooth . O.G. Just recieved my beautiful Celine Multipochette in black shiny leather last night after weeks of considerations and moths of saving up for my dream bag. I couldn’t wait wearing the bag to my outfits this weekend. It therefore came as a chock when I opened the box and discovered it has muliple quality issues.
